Ambrosia & Nectar is a 100% cruelty-free brand, and as such, does not conduct animal testing of any kind.

Our wax is a proprietary, complex formula of coconut, apricot, and paraffin waxes for the best smelling candles.

Do your fragrance oils contain natural ingredients (essential oils) or synthetic materials and are they phthalate and paraben free?

Accepted Answer

Our high end luxury fragrances are phthalate free and paraben free. However, they are not all 100% natural. Our fragrances contain a combination of essential oils and fragrance oils that are formulated for optimum performance.

What are you wicks made of?

They are made from only 100% Natural wood from Sappy Fruit Trees sustainably sourced in the USA. Our adhered wicks are created using a vegan, non-toxic proprietary adhesive with wood species not listed in the CITED appendices or on the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species. They are not treated.

A reed diffuser is a relatively maintenance-free, flame-free home fragrance product that disperses scent continuously into the air for an extended period of time.

How do your scented reed diffusers work?

Accepted Answer

To enjoy one of our Reed Diffusers, carefully remove the plug from the decorative glass base. First, remove the plug’s plastic over-wrap. Then grip the plug and gently rock it back and forth in an upward motion until the plug is released. Insert the accompanying bundle of reed sticks – first removing the elastic that binds them – into the fragrance oil. The all-natural rattan reed sticks will start to absorb the fragrance oil and then begin to steadily diffuse the scent into the air.

Do your diffuser bases contain phthalates?

No. Our diffuser bases are Paraben free, Vegan, Allergen free, Phthalate free, with no Prop 65 Ingredients.

How long will my reed diffuser last?

Accepted Answer

Our Reed Diffusers are designed to dispense fragrance for approximately 90 days. If you flip the reed sticks too often (several times a day, for example), the fragrance oil will be absorbed and diffused much more rapidly, and your Reed Diffuser will have a much shorter lifespan.
